"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Heh, we're in the same boat in that department. Since I've gotten this job last year, the art production hasn't been as consistent as I wish it to be. I haven't put anything serious up in a very long time. There was this one drawing I wanted to do for Mitch when I got back from visiting him in January, and it never got finished. I still have some art request to finish. It's hard to find inspiration.
it really is -- I know how you feel -- I have commissions and other things I still need to finish -- which I will have time for in a few weeks -- but in the meantime my scanner bit the big one :/ not too happy about it lol
